Los Roques Archipelago:
For deep-diving enthusiasts, Venezuela has some of the most beautiful and interesting places in the world: Los Roques Archipelago, with more than 50 islands and keys. It is known for its innumerable coralline reefs and wide mangrove swamps, surrounded by lonely beaches like few in the world. There is a small fishermen's community living in Los Roques.
They work in the small industry of fishing lobsters, seashells, and tropical water fish. Los Roques Archipelago is an incomplete atoll, still in the formation process.
Its base is an underwater mess that rises briskly from the surrounding seafloor. It is a wonderful area with a great variety of soft and hard corals, a multitude of fishes, and various white sandy beaches. Los Roques, mostly uninhabited, invites one to swim. Scuba dive, snorkel, sailfish, or just enjoy the virgin keys.
Bonaire: Picturesque Island for Leisure and Diving:
This island is part of the Dutch Antilles, 30 min from Caracas and it has earned a well-deserved reputation in the world as one of the most attractive places for diving. Besides, it is the only Marine Park of the Caribbean, which its beautiful coralline formations and abundant fauna are properly protected.
8 Days / 7 Nights
Day 1: Caracas
Arrival in Caracas. Assistance at the airport and transfer to the hotel in Caracas Littoral Overnight
Day 2: Caracas – Los Roques (BLD)
Early transfer to the airport to take a short flight to Los Roques. Transfer to the posada. After checking in you can discover the fishing village walking or start to profit off the beach by taking a ride boat to one of the pristine keys. Overnight.
Day 3-4. Los Roques (BLD)
After breakfast, you can enjoy a good relaxing day on these marvelous beaches, walking from one key to another with water level under your knees or discover the fauna under the sea by snorkeling or even diving (optional), if you feel more adventurous. Overnights.
Day 5. Los Roques– Bonaire (BL)
Breakfast. Enjoy your last glimpse of Gran Roque or -if time allows- take an early transfer to a nearby key. Transfer to the airstrip to take the flight to Bonaire by Caracas. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Bonaire
Days 6-7. Bonaire (B)
After breakfast, go on island discovery tours, go diving (optional), or just relax at a beach. Overnight.
Days 8. Bonaire (B)
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport to take your international flight
